Refund Policy

This is our Refund Policy

Once a box has been sealed and shipped by SendToPhil the order cannot be refunded or canceled. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order price less shipping price could apply for orders that are canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation.

SendToPhil inspects all items’ packaging sent to their warehouse for any defects but does not open manufacturer sealed items or test them.  Any defective item observed by SendToPhil will be communicated to the User and may be replaced as a result of this communication.  SendToPhil will send the photos of the balikbayan box’s contents to the User before they are packed and delivered to the Shipper.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A SendToPhil credit may be issued in lieu of a refund to the original form of payment in some cases.  

Transactions where payment was sent outside of the SendToPhil platform are strictly prohibited by SendToPhil’s Terms and do not qualify for SendToPhil protections or refunds.
